Kay Toth, 83, a lifelong resident of Olyphant died Sunday at home after battling cancer for 2 years. Her husband of 59 years is Anthony Toth. Born in Olyphant, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Drop Glinsky and was a graduate of Holy Ghost Grade School and St. Patrick’s High School, Olyphant. She retired in 1995 from WEA Manufacturing.
She was a member of Holy Cross Parish at St. Patrick’s Church, Olyphant, formerly Holy Ghost Church. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law and grandmother who always put her family first. She looked forward to the traditions of Christmas Eve supper and Easter breakfast with her family. Kay was an avid bell collector, who enjoyed making pierogies for her family and playing the lottery.
She is also survived by three sons: Anthony, Jr. and wife, Joan of Olyphant, John and wife, Chris of Blakely and Michael and wife, Mary Ellen of Archbald; three grandchildren: Marisa and husband, Eric, Teresa and Brea; also nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Joseph Glinsky and wife, Helen and Leo Glinsky; and two sisters: Betty Martini and husband, Dominick and Mary Ann Sabia.

Funeral services were held at 9AM on Wednesday from the Hudak-O’Shea Funeral Home, 115 Garfield Avenue, Olyphant. A funeral mass followed at 9:30AM at Holy Cross Parish at St. Patrick's Church, Delaware St., Olyphant celebrated by Msgr. Michael J. Delaney, pastor.
Burial followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Montdale. Pallbearers were: Anthony, Jr., John and Michael Toth, sons, Teresa Toth, granddaughter and Eric Hobensack, grandson-in-law.
